Joe C. Ablay, P.E., CEM, GBE – Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Ablay is an award winning, internationally recognized engineer with more than twenty-five (25) years of professional experience and the recipient of the 2008 Energy Engineer of the Year. He is an expert in the field of mechanical, HVAC and energy engineering for commercial, institutional, industrial, healthcare and government facilities. His experience on projects includes aquariums, convention centers, medical facilities, high rise, state mental facilities, county building facilities and specialty laboratories. Mr. Ablay was involved with major international engineering firms and developed several state facilities project programs that have been very successful in energy savings and infrastructure assessment, modernization and upgrades.
Mr. Javier is responsible for maintaining contact with the firms clients, and supporting project and proposal activities. He works with the engineering staff provide technical and commercial contacts with clients. He regularly participants in bidder meetings discussing opportunities for new work and strategic partnerships with other small businesses
